Our clean energy access aims:
• Promoting effective national policies that can accelerate progress, particularly in marginalised communities.
• Amplifying the voice of frontline enterprises, civil society organisations and people facing energy poverty.
• Strengthening the case of global investment and support for Kenya’s energy access ambitions.
Power Up Kenya is creating change though the creation of original policy recommendations, engagement with the policymakers and funders, and media coverage of this vital issue. Its stories are also fuelling the global Power Up campaign, which is urging action from global funders.
